Operation IMPACT’s mission is to assist severely injured service members with their transition from the military to civilian careers—and life. Northrop Grumman has partnered in this effort with other companies who share the same commitment. In the instances when Northrop Grumman is unable to identify a career opportunity, with the candidate’s permission his/her resume will be shared with over 60 other companies in order to find just the right opportunity for the individual.
