As a community partner, Northrop Grumman has developed a number
of community partnerships that enhance our understanding of social
and cultural contributors to diversity. Internally, we have established
several initiatives to give our employees a better understanding
of the multicultural world in which we live. Northrop Grumman works
closely with a number of community partners, colleges and youth
programs to strengthen our ability to be successful.
