Northrop Grumman Hosts its First Conference for Women
On Monday and Tuesday, October 23 and 24, Northrop Grumman held the 2006 Women's Conference at the Marriott Hotel in Manhattan Beach, California. Approximately 500 women from across the company attended the event.
The conference theme was Achieving Excellence and Embracing Opportunity and was the first event of its kind for women at Northrop Grumman. Speakers included the company's senior leadership; Rosanne O'Brien, Northrop Grumman's Corporate Vice President of Communications, delivered the keynote address. Motivational presenters from outside the company included Catalyst President Ilene Lange, Corporate Coaching International President Dr. Lois Frankel and author Dr. Bertice Berry.
